Your Arlington Remodeler, Right Here on Mass Ave
Arlington isn’t just a town we work in. It’s where we’ve hung our sign since 1990. From our office on Massachusetts Avenue, our team has designed and built kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home renovations for Arlington families in every neighborhood, from Arlington Heights to East Arlington. We know these homes, we know these streets, and many of our clients have become repeat customers. When you’re ready to make your Arlington home work better for the way you live, we’re just around the corner.
Many Arlington homes date back to the early 1900s, including classic colonials, Capes, Victorians, and the multi-family homes and triple-deckers the town is known for. Add in Arlington’s hills, and every project comes with its own challenges. Our team plans for what’s behind the walls and what’s under the foundation, so your project stays on track.
Many Arlington lots are compact, and neighbors are close. Whether it’s a dormer, an addition, a deck, or opening up a closed-in floor plan, we design to make the most of the space you have. That includes the space you’re not using yet: converting a basement or attic into livable square footage can be a great way to grow without expanding your footprint. And because your neighbors live with your project too, we keep our job sites clean, organized, and as low-impact as remodeling allows.
Permits, zoning, historic districts: Arlington has its own way of doing things, and we’ve been working within it for decades. We manage the paperwork and approvals so you can focus on the fun part.
When Amanda and Marcus bought their Arlington Cape, it fit a young couple. Three kids later, it needed to grow with them, and our team has been there for every phase. First, we converted the Cape into a center-entrance colonial. Next, we turned the third-floor attic into living space and added a mudroom in the walkout basement. Most recently, we reimagined the entire first floor: relocating the kitchen, opening up walls, adding a home office and a fireplace living room, and uncovering hidden attic space for a dramatic vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. It’s proof that a well-planned home can evolve right along with the family inside it.
