Your Belmont Remodeler, Right Next Door

Belmont is part of our home turf. From our office just over the town line on Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, our team has spent more than three decades designing and building kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home renovations for Belmont families, from Belmont Hill to Waverley Square. We know these homes and the care they deserve, and many of our Belmont clients have become repeat customers. When you’re ready to make your Belmont home work better for the way you live, we’re just around the corner.

Why Belmont Homeowners Choose Us

Respecting the Old, Building the New

Many Belmont homes have stood for a century or more, and plenty of homeowners want to keep the character that drew them in. Others are ready for something new: a modern kitchen, a light-filled addition, or a whole-home transformation. Our team does both, blending fresh design with the home’s original charm so every space feels like it belongs.

Designed for the Way You Live Now

Many Belmont homes were built for a different era, with formal rooms, closed-off kitchens, and spaces that no longer fit how families live today. We reimagine them with open, connected kitchens, spa-like primary suites, finished lower levels, and outdoor living spaces made for entertaining. And we run tidy, respectful job sites your neighbors will appreciate.

Local Rules, Handled

From permits and zoning to the occasional historic review, Belmont has its own way of doing things. We know the process, manage the paperwork and approvals, and keep your project moving, so you can focus on the fun part.

Belmont

Multi-Level Addition

Many homes in our area are perched on hills, which can present some interesting challenges during major renovations. This factor came into play on a project we completed in Belmont.

The original kitchen was small and didn’t have enough space for cooking or entertaining. The steep slope of the backyard made building an addition complex, but not impossible. The solution called for replacing the three-season porch, which sat on stilts above the patio, with an addition that expanded the kitchen and included a deck off the back. Accessing the backyard with large equipment to install the deck would have been impossible. Instead, the deck sits on high-tech screw pile footings.

The new addition includes a stunning kitchen with an oversized island, a pantry, a master bathroom and a roof deck overlooking Boston.

“It’s dramatically changed our day-to-day lives. The kids do their homework on the island, we have our meals on the island, Arrin works there sometimes. It’s so much more fun to cook in a kitchen like this. And we’ve been entertaining more; it’s a great space for people to come and hang out.”
