This Belmont homeowner had been a previous client – we had renovated his kitchen in a former home. When he decided to downsize to a condo, he called us to come and update the kitchen in the new home. We removed an existing wall between the dining room and kitchen to open up the space. We gutted the kitchen down to the framing and rebuilt it with a new, more functional layout for the appliances and sink.
