Multi-Room Renovation
View the project spotlightWe renovated multiple areas in this farmhouse-style home located in Somerville. The most dramatic part of the renovation came upstairs, in what had been a playroom. We vaulted the ceiling and also took out a stairwell to make space for a bathroom and walk-in closet. Downstairs, we took down a wall between the living room and stairway and widened a doorway between the living room and kitchen to open up the area. A new half bath, closet and mudroom was also added.
