What began as plans for a single kitchen addition evolved into a larger renovation when the homeowners realized it made sense to add a second addition on the opposite side of the home to include a new combination bathroom and laundry room at the same time to consolidate renovation time. The project now features a 6’ x 18’ kitchen and pantry addition on the right side of the home, built on structural footings, along with a 12’ x 12’ sundeck off the rear to replace the existing deck in the same footprint. Working closely with Bill and his team, the homeowners achieved a kitchen that balances flow, function, and beauty—with thoughtful details like perfectly spaced counters and island for comfortable movement. The new bathroom addition reflects the same attention to detail and craftsmanship. Underneath the bathroom addition is a cozy patio with distinctive arches.
