Blending seamlessly with the original home in Lexington, the 740 s.f. apartment includes a modern kitchen, bedroom, living room, office, and full bathroom complete with grab bars and an easily accessible shower. As an added bonus, the roof of the new addition also serves as a deck off the homeowner’s second floor master bedroom.
